CaptCRM

Every inquiry followed up. Every deal tracked. Nothing lost between sales and support.

CaptCRM is the sales and customer lifecycle product on Captverse: inquiries, contacts, opportunities, and customers in one governed pipeline, with SLA-enforced follow-ups, a native service desk, CPQ, and a unified omnichannel inbox, all connected natively to CaptDeals, CaptStock, CaptPay, CaptChat, and CaptVoice.

Teams across industries run their pipeline on CaptCRM.

Pipeline discipline

Leads, contacts, and opportunities with stages your team actually follows.

SLA-aware follow-ups + service desk

Never miss a callback or a support ticket — overdue items surface before they go cold.

Automation rules built in

No-code triggers automate follow-ups, assignments, and status changes across the pipeline.

The challenge

Every missed follow-up is a deal walking out the door.

Most sales teams do not lose deals because the product is wrong. They lose deals because follow-ups slip, pipeline stages go unmanaged, and sales and support work from separate tools with no shared customer context.

Leads slip through the cracks

Without SLA-aware follow-up stages, inquiries go cold before anyone notices.

Disconnected sales and support

Customer context is lost the moment a buyer becomes a support case.

Fragmented channel intake

Website, WhatsApp, phone, and walk-in inquiries land in different tools with no deduplication.

No pipeline visibility

Managers cannot see rep performance, conversion rates, or forecast accuracy without exporting to spreadsheets.

Multi-branch chaos

Leads and stock leak across locations, or get siloed into separate spreadsheets per branch.

Platform

One pipeline, every channel, zero integration glue.

CaptCRM is not a CRM bolted onto Captverse: it is built into it. Inquiries, contacts, opportunities, and customers share identity, payments, messaging, and inventory with every other Captverse module from day one. WhatsApp intake, voice qualification, payment links, and stock-aware quoting come standard, not as Zapier workarounds.

Visual pipeline

Drag leads through stages with full history — who touched what, when, and what happened next.

Unified inbox + service desk

Handle sales conversations and support tickets from the same workspace, with SLA policies on both.

Team dashboards

Rep performance, conversion rates, and SLA compliance in one view for sales managers.

Key benefits

Everything a sales pipeline should do: none of the tool sprawl.

SLA policies track every inquiry from creation and escalate automatically before it breaches.

How it works

From first inquiry to loyal customer, in four steps.

1

Capture

An inquiry arrives by web form, WhatsApp, call, or manual entry, and enters the pipeline with an SLA timer running.

2

Qualify

The rep works the inquiry with AI-suggested next actions, while follow-up reminders keep it from going cold.

3

Convert

The deal closes, and one click creates the customer record, with an optional sales order in the same transaction.

4

Support & Grow

The customer’s full journey, sales, payments, and conversations, stays visible for support, renewals, and upsell.

Integrations

Connect the sales tools you already run on.

CaptDeals (bidirectional sync for dual sales motions)CaptStock (stock-aware quoting and sales orders)CaptPay (payment links on the customer journey)CaptChat (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook intake)CaptVoice (outbound & inbound call qualification)CaptIdentity (SSO, RBAC, and audit, inherited automatically)Zapier / REST API

Use cases

Built for real sales teams.

Consultancy pipeline discipline

SLA policies enforce 4-hour assignment and 24-hour follow-up on every web enquiry, tracked through to a proposal close.

Multi-branch, stock-aware selling

Reps only quote what is in stock at their branch, with purchase history informing every repeat order.

Sales and support in one record

Post-sale tickets stay linked to the customer’s full sales history, so nobody repeats themselves.

Dual sales motions

Property leads stay in CaptDeals while services inquiries run through CaptCRM, sharing identity and payments without data confusion.

WhatsApp-first intake

New WhatsApp contacts auto-create inquiries, so conversations survive rep turnover instead of living on personal phones.

Security & compliance

Enterprise-grade, by default.

AES-256-GCM encryption of customer PII (name, email, phone, notes) at the application layer.

Blind-index deduplication (phone hash, email index), no decryption needed to detect duplicates.

Role-based access with Admin, Manager, and Agent levels; agents see only their assigned inquiries.

Branch scoping enforced at the query layer, so data cannot leak across locations.

Immutable audit trail on every entity change, plus a full merge log for duplicate records.

CaptCRM provides the technical controls behind these frameworks; formal certification depends on your organization’s broader compliance program.

“We used to lose leads on personal WhatsApp numbers whenever a rep left. Now every inquiry has an SLA clock and a home, and our managers finally trust the pipeline numbers in the Monday review.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is CaptCRM included when I sign up for Captverse?

No. CaptCRM is a paid add-on module, enabled by your operator after a request and approval. CaptDeals and CaptIdentity are included at signup.

What is the difference between an Inquiry and a Lead?

CaptCRM calls sales records Inquiries; CaptDeals calls property sales records Leads. They are separate data models that can sync bidirectionally when both products are enabled.

Does CaptCRM include a helpdesk?

Yes. The Service Desk module is built in, tickets, priorities, and customer linkage, with no separate helpdesk purchase required.

How does SLA enforcement work?

Admins set maximum response times by source, branch, or priority. Each inquiry tracks its status as on time, at risk, or breached, and breaches trigger automatic escalation.

Can I use CaptCRM without CaptDeals?

Yes. CaptCRM is a standalone product for any generic sales motion. CaptDeals is only needed for property-specific sales workflows.

Part of Captverse — one spine, one login

Every app shares CaptIdentity for SSO, users, and roles. Leads, payments, and messages stay on one data spine — no duplicate records.
