Is CaptStock included with every Captverse workspace?
No. CaptStock is a paid add-on, enabled by your operator after approval. CaptDeals and CaptIdentity core are available at signup; CaptStock is not.
Do draft orders lock inventory?
No. Drafts do not reserve stock, which keeps quotations flexible. Stock is validated and reserved only when the order is confirmed.
Can I use CaptStock without CaptCRM?
Yes. CaptStock runs on its own for catalogue, stock, transfers, purchase orders, GRN, and sales orders. CaptCRM integration is optional and activates when both products are entitled.
How do multi-warehouse transfers work?
Transfers move through draft, approved, dispatched, and received, or cancelled. Dispatch checks source availability; receive posts stock at the destination with a full movement trail.
Can sales agents edit warehouse stock?
No. Agents work with products, orders, and the dashboard. Warehouses, the stock ledger, adjustments, transfers, and intelligence stay manager and admin modules.
Does CaptStock support batch and expiry tracking?
Yes. Batches and lots with expiry are supported, including views and badges for at-risk inventory, and GRN lines can capture batch data on receipt.
